UN: More Than 10,000 Civilian Causalities Recorded in Afghanistan in 2017

The United Nations says there were more than 10,000 civilian casualties in the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan in 2017 - a nine percent reduction compared to casualties in 2016. VOA's Rahim Gul Sarwan reports from Kabul.
